I have worked in Hollywood for over 20 years as an actor (credited as Ashley Holbrook), a professional photographer for 10 years as (Ash Waters) and have worked closely with makeup artists both in still photography and motion picture.
My love for beauty, creates a ravenous effort to create the best Bodycare. The secret? Because, I enjoy it!
The pre-requisites to Kontrol Primer have been developing my whole life, while being interested with how my body feels and responds to bodycare products.
Other avenues of necessity for my experience in the bodycare industry is, photography, film, work relationships with makeup artists, actors, music artists, trans, and drag queen performers. These journeys have all been crucial to the development of Kontrol Primer.
Since 2015, I have worked closely with cosmetic chemists, chemists, professional makeup artists and many more professionals including university researchers, understanding makeup and makeup primers on a deep level to find a solution to the issues that plague most if not all makeup users. The plague that “primers just don’t work”!
All efforts were focused to fulfill the demand for a makeup primer that truly works great. I’m ecstatic to say, it was far from easy, but the hard work has paid off.
